7 Accounts Deleted. We Rebuilt.

8+ years on live charts. Rebuilt from zero seven times.

THE REAL STORY

That journey was never built overnight — and certainly not without setbacks. Instagram repeatedly terminated seven different Jers accounts, wiping out tens of thousands of organically built followers and disrupting years of community connections. But deleting an account never deleted the market experience behind it.

THE NUMBERS THEY COULDN'T DELETE

As documented in our verified archives on X, our primary hub, FX Jers, grew to more than 26,200 organic traders with over 180,000 monthly reach before being disabled. Backup pages reached over 14,800 followers and 1.2M+ views. Then it happened again. And again.

While others would quit after losing everything once, Jers went back from zero several times — with no shortcuts, no purchased audience, and no platform hand-me-downs. Just the charts, the experience, and the community.

THE UNBROKEN TRACK RECORD

Seven accounts disappeared, but the work continued. A username can be removed and follower counts erased overnight. But 8+ years of market experience cannot be deleted. The charts remain, the Supply & Demand mastery remains, and the 1,000+ traders who learned along the way remain part of the story.

THIS IS JERS COMMUNITY: Built through experience. Tested through setbacks. Rebuilt from zero. And still moving forward.

About Jers

Built from Zero Seven Times — Jers Community

Jers has over 8 years of hands-on trading experience, focused purely on supply and demand. He built a reputation by sharing real market analysis — not signals.

After multiple account bans on Instagram, he still rebuilt every time, focusing on discipline, patience, and clarity over hype. The community is for serious traders who want to learn, grow, and treat trading like a career, not a quick gamble.

If you're looking for signals, this isn't it. If you're looking for a mentor who teaches analysis, discipline, and long-term thinking — welcome.

What Is Supply & Demand

Institutional orders move markets. We trade unmitigated origin zones.

01

Demand: where buyers ran out of sellers

A demand zone is the small cluster of candles — the base — that sits right before price rallies away aggressively. That base is where large buy orders started filling. The move away is the proof: it only looks like that when one side completely overwhelmed the other.

Not all of those orders got filled. When price drifts back into the base, the rest of them are still sitting there waiting. That is the trade.

02

Supply: where sellers ran out of buyers

The mirror image. A tight base, then an aggressive drop. Sellers were too large to fill at one price, so they left unfilled sell orders behind them. Price returning to that base is price walking back into the rest of the order.

Both zones are drawn the same way, read the same way and managed the same way. Learn one, you have learned both.

03

Proximal, distal, and the risk between them

The edge of the zone nearest to price is the proximal line — that is the entry. The far edge is the distal line — that is the stop loss, plus a small buffer. Everything above it, up to the last structural high, is the reward.

This is why a tight base matters so much. A narrow zone is a narrow stop, and a narrow stop is what turns an ordinary move into a 1:3 or 1:5.

04

Fresh zones beat tested zones. Every time.

An unmitigated (fresh) zone has never been revisited since it was created. All the leftover orders are intact. The first touch is the highest-probability entry you will get.

The second touch has less behind it. The third usually breaks. Jers trades the first touch and lets the rest go — which is most of what separates a profitable trader from a busy one.

05

Higher timeframe decides. Lower timeframe enters.

Zones are found on the Daily and 4-hour, where the real orders sit. The entry is then refined on the 15-minute or 5-minute, inside that block, so the stop shrinks while the target stays where it was.

Same trade, same idea — two or three times the reward for the same risk. That refinement is the single biggest change most students make in their first month.

Four Core Zone Patterns

Every supply and demand setup fits four structural shapes.

01/05

Rally, base, rally continuation demand zone pattern
RBR • Continuation demand

Rally — Base — Rally

Institutional pause during an active markup before surging higher. High-probability continuation demand.

Drop, base, rally reversal demand zone pattern
DBR • Reversal demand

Drop — Base — Rally

Sharp sell-off absorbed by institutional limit buyers, reversing hard. Fresh higher-timeframe reversal demand.

Rally, base, drop reversal supply zone pattern
RBD • Reversal supply

Rally — Base — Drop

Price pushes into premium liquidity, stalls as selling is loaded, and collapses. Classic supply top.

Drop, base, drop continuation supply zone pattern
DBD • Continuation supply

Drop — Base — Drop

Tight pause during a markdown where institutions reload sell orders before plunging. Continuation supply.

Eight Core Zone Rules

Disciplined execution rules defining our institutional trading edge.

RULE 01

Start on the Daily, always

Mark the Daily and 4-hour zones before looking lower. Higher timeframes dictate the macro trend.

RULE 02

Fresh zones only

Once price tests a zone, leftover orders deplete. Never trade exhausted levels.

RULE 03

Demand the departure

Departure leg must be fast and wide-bodied. Slow exits indicate lack of institutional volume.

RULE 04

Keep the base tight

One to three small candles. A tight base keeps risk small and multiplies reward-to-risk.

RULE 05

Entry proximal, stop distal

Set limits on the proximal line with stops just beyond the distal edge. Never adjust mid-trade.

RULE 06

1:3 or no trade

Ensure clean price clearance to the target. If the reward isn't at least 3x risk, pass.

RULE 07

One instrument, one session

Master one market during its peak session rather than spreading attention across multiple charts.

RULE 08

Journal every single zone

Capture screenshots before and after every execution. Deliberate review is how traders compound.

Seven Critical Trading Mistakes

Common execution traps resolved in live mentoring sessions.

Drawing the zone after the move

Hindsight marks perfect zones. Mark them before price gets there, or do not mark them at all.

Trading a level for the third time

The orders are gone. What is left is a wall that breaks, and you are standing in front of it.

Making the zone wide enough to feel safe

A wide zone is a wide stop. You have not reduced risk, you have just hidden it from yourself.

Taking a zone with no departure leg

No aggressive move away means no unfilled orders. It is a consolidation, not a zone.

Fading the higher timeframe

A 5-minute demand zone inside Daily supply is not a trade. It is a donation with extra steps.

Moving the stop loss

The stop was correct when you were calm. It is still correct now that you are not.

Revenge trading the next candle

One stop-out is the cost of business. Six in an afternoon is a different problem entirely.

Every one of these is fixable

Bring the chart you got wrong to the next live meeting. That is the whole method.

Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to common questions about our trading method.

No. A support or resistance line is a horizontal price level drawn through old highs and lows — it says nothing about who was there. A supply or demand zone is an area defined by a specific event: a tight base followed by an aggressive move away. That move is the evidence that one side was too large to fill in one place. You are trading the leftover orders, not the memory of a level.

Start on the Daily and mark every fresh zone you can see. Then drop to the 4-hour and do the same. Those two decide direction. Only after that do you open a 15-minute or 5-minute chart, and only to refine the entry inside a zone you have already marked. Never the other way round.

Until it is touched, or until structure breaks the other way. A fresh Daily zone can sit for weeks and still work. A 5-minute zone is usually irrelevant by the next session. As a rule: the higher the timeframe that created it, the longer it lasts and the harder it reacts.

Four things, in order. Freshness — has price been back since? Departure — how violently did price leave? Base width — how tight is the consolidation? Location — is it with the higher-timeframe trend, and is there clean space to the target? A zone that passes all four is rare. Those are the ones to wait for.

A few pips beyond the distal line — the far edge of the base. Not at a round number, not at a fixed pip count, and not somewhere that 'feels safe'. If that stop is too wide for your risk per trade, the answer is a smaller position or a refined entry on a lower timeframe. It is never a tighter stop inside the zone.

All of them. Zones are created by order flow, and order flow behaves the same on XAU/USD, US30, EUR/USD and BTC. What changes is volatility, so your stop distance and position size change with the instrument. The marking, the rules and the management do not.

No — and in the live meetings you will mark zones by hand, because that is how you learn to see them. The Jers Supply & Demand Matrix exists to save you the drawing once you already know what you are drawing, and to keep the marking consistent across every chart you open.
