By accessing or using the website, JERS Supply & Demand Matrix software, courses, community channels, and services provided by JERS Finance Academy ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All content, including but not limited to the JERS Supply & Demand Matrix, video courses, live trade analyses, chart diagrams, and Discord/Telegram communications, is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. JERS Finance Academy is not a registered financial advisor, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or broker-dealer.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & License

All proprietary source code, Pine Script v5 algorithms for TradingView, brand assets, logos, and course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of JERS Finance Academy. Purchasing the JERS Supply & Demand Matrix or a course grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable individual license for personal use. Decompiling, reverse engineering, republishing, sharing login credentials, or reselling our proprietary software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. User Responsibilities & Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading leveraged products (forex, commodities, indices, and crypto) entails high financial risk. You are solely responsible for all trades executed on your live or demo accounts. Past performance shown in simulations, backtests, or student testimonials does not guarantee future results.

5. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our JERS Supply & Demand Matrix or courses constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
